In-Year Admissions

If your child is currently in Secondary School and you wish to apply to us, please contact the School Admissions Department of the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea to complete and ‘In-Year Common Application Form’.  This form can be found on their website. Please click here for the website.

When the data comes through we will add your child to our waiting list and send you information about us with our Supplementary Information Form and Priest Reference.

Secondary Transfer – Transfer from Primary to Secondary at Year 6

If your child will be in Year 6 at Primary School from September 2017 please see below for our Admissions Policy and Procedure for 2018 entry

Our Secondary Transfer Open Evenings are Thursday 14th September 2017 and Wednesday 20th September 2017, the gates will open at 4.15 p.m.  Please arrive between 4.15 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. to ensure you can go on the tour before the Headteacher’s Presentation and the Question & Answer session.  Tours will take place in small groups led by the students and will run throughout the evening until the final presentation at approximately 6.00 p.m.  The prospectus and relevant documentation will be issued on the evening. Banding Tests will take place on Saturday 11th November 2017 and Saturday 18th November 2017, letters will be sent to the parents/carers of all applicants with the date and time for the banding test. In accordance with the requirements of the School Admissions Code, the procedure for admission into Year 7 is determined by the Governing Body.
