We are particularly delighted with the number of students achieving top grades across the board.  Nearly 20% of the GCSE A*-E graded subjects were A* or A grades.  A quarter of the students taking physics, chemistry and biology got A* or A grades.  On an individual level it was really pleasing to see students achieve the top grades in mathematics and in ‘further mathematics’ with one student achieving an A**.  As in previous years and despite all the changes to the GCSEs St Thomas More Language College has continued to live out its motto: ‘Serving God, Striving for Excellence’, which is reflected in our results.  Students, parents and staff have gone the extra mile to ensure this level of success.

Look after your hearts and God Bless
